Returns, damages: some ground rules
If you, or your horse, damage your bridle or reins. We can have a conversation to assess the possibilities, that might mean returning the item to see if we can repair, or advising to take to a local leather worker, (if postage costs outweigh cos of a fix)
If you choose to replace the broken item, the cost will be yours, and the p&p too.
If the damage is due to a manufacturing fault, the item will be replaced FOC.
Please note that the break point on the bridle is where the cheekpiece joins the noseband. if your horse stands on the reins or gets the bridle or reins caught up and pulls back, it is likely the bridle will break, same as any other bridle. What won't break is your horse from having a bit or a shanked hackamore on their face.
Transcend is a small business, and I try hard to ensure people and their horses are happy with their bridles.
Please don't damage this small ethical business by having unreasonable expectations.
